Vänga Mill

A charming mill café and sourdough bakery in a unique setting.

About 500 metres from the spectacular bog area Vänga Mosse, Vänga Mill Café & Bakery is located in a fully operational 19th-century mill. Here, flour is milled the same way as back in the day and for those who want to learn more, a visit to their working life museum is a must. The museum is open for self-studies all year round. Settle in for a coffee or purchase breads, buns, pastries, cakes and hearty sourdough sandwiches - all from their own bakery and baked from locally grown certified grains ground in the mill. In the "Skafferiet" you can also buy locally produced rapeseed oil and several kinds of must and lemonade.
